about the outlining, it looks special and all but what i used for it is photoshop. alot of people use the 'stroke' function on the pen tool to get outlines but i really dont like using that cause it makes the lines too uniform. so i treat the outlines as a vector and trace each one out. its a lot of work but it makes the vector so much better than if you didnt vector the outlines.

If you've read the guide, it said specifically to tell why you don't like it and the reason can not be because you do not like the scan or character used.
